Your PayPal will be billed soon after you pay for your orders.
You don’t have to pay any other fees except your order shipping fee.
(But Brazil customers need to provide personal tax ID, so as to ensure the safe arrival of the goods, otherwise your parcel will be subject to return or even disposal by Brazilian customs)

All UK orders are send 1st class signed for with Royal Mail. There is no extra cost for shipping to the UK.
Charges apply for international shipping, this will be calculated at the checkout. International orders are estimated to take 3-5 business days once shipped, We use Royal Nail and DHL express for most orders.
We are not liable for loss or damage to your order after it leaves our promises. Please contact the postal service used for more information on your order.

All our wigs, are made to order and require 4–6 weeks for completion.

Processing time does not include weekend and bank holiday ( Monday-Friday ONLY).

Theoretically speaking is it! But, cameras, phones and computers monitors can be little devils at times so please be willing to understand that colour of the wig may be a tiny bit different sometimes to what you see on screen.

No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our products and strict hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any wig purchases.
This policy is in place because:
• Wigs are personal, intimate products and cannot be resold once worn, handled, or tried on.
• Every wig is handcrafted to order according to your selected specifications — including style, length, color and cap size — making it unique to you.
Adjustments & Comfort Guarantee
We understand that comfort and fit are essential to your confidence. If your wig requires minor adjustments (such as tightening, loosening, or slight style tweaks), we are pleased to offer a one-time complimentary adjustment service within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:
• This service does not include changes to color, length, or overall style.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to adjustments.
